The first thing we need is 1 kg of chopped chicken
I advise you to use a small chicken because as we are going to fry it
we are interested in the pieces being made inside and not burned outside
And so that the chicken is more tender and juicy we will let it marinate
in a mixture that is made with 400 ml of milk
2 beaten eggs, 1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground pepper and 1 tsp garlic powder
The mixture is poured next to the chicken
It is covered with a film
And we will leave it in the fridge for a minimum of 1 hour
Although in my case I will leave it overnight
After this time we will prepare the batter
What is made with 250 g of wheat flour, 1 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp ground pepper, 1 tsp ground oregano
1 tsp paprika which in my case is sweet
1 tsp garlic powder and 1/2 tsp ground cumin
It mixes everything well
And we are already batting all the chicken pieces
They are placed on a plate, and when they are all ready we can start to fry them
I will do it in this small pan with plenty of oil that is already hot over medium heat
When they are golden brown on one side, they turn around
And once ready, they are removed to a plate with an absorbent paper so that it absorbs excess oil
