YOGUR and KIWI CAKE (Very Easy and Fast) NO OVEN!

First, we're gonna make the base, so we will use 25 Maria cookies type
We can crush them in a blender or put them in a bag and crush them
We add 60 g butter at room temperature or melted and blend it
Finally, we will check the consistency of the mixture,
and we will add some milk if we need it to be more compact
Once ready we will put the mixture in the mold
I have prepared this mold, placing a parchment paper on the base, so it will be easier to unmold
To compact the cookies, for example we can use a spoon or a glass
Once we have the base ready, we will put the mold in the refrigerator, while we continue with the recipe
Now we will proceed to make the filling
First, hydrate 10 gelatin sheets in cold water
Although you can also use 20 g powdered gelatin or "grenetina"
While hydrating, we will put 5 cut kiwis in a skillet over medium high heat
100g sugar,
and 1 tbsp lemon juice
We will stir it occasionally, for about 5 minutes
After that time, we turn off the heat and remove the skillet
We drain the already hydrated gelatin sheets,
and we will combine them into the mixture until they have dissolved
Then we add the mixture to a bowl, along with 6 unsweetened natural yogurts
that are at room temperature. We mix it all
And we pour it into the container where we had the base ready
Now we wait for it to be warm
And then let it cool in the fridge for a minimum of 6 hours or overnight
After that time, we will unmold it
I usually start to peel off the edges this way,
and then you can unmold it without problem
Then I passed it to a cake stand
and decorated it with kiwi and blueberries
It's a simple decoration, but it looks great!
Finally, I have cut a portion and I only have to try it!
This cake is delicious, super fresh and very soft,
with a delicious kiwi acid taste
So I recommend you to make it, because you will love it

The easiest and fastest 3 CHOCOLATES CAKE to make

The easiest and fastest 3 CHOCOLATES CAKE to make

Today I'm going to make a 3-chocolate cake that is super delicious
And best of all, it's super easy to do.

And we're going to start making the recipe seeing the ingredients we need to make the base:
22 cookies type Maria
50 g melted butter
And a splash of milk
The first thing I'm going to do is crush the cookies with the help of a chopper
Although you can also put them in a bag and hit them
Butter is added butter
Milk
And they mix
Next, I will put the mixture in this 20 cm diameter mold
To which I have put a baking paper in the base to make it easier to unmold it
And I will shape it with the help of a spoon
Once ready, I will leave the mold in the fridge while I continue with the recipe
Now we are going to make the first layer of the filling, which is dark chocolate
So let's see the ingredients we need:
150 g dark chocolate
200 ml of cream for cooking or milk cream
200 ml of milk
1 envelope or 14 g curd
And 1 tablespoon of sugar
The first thing I will do is mix the cream very well with the curd
Then add the rest of the ingredients and mix again
And now it's time to heat the mixture for 5 minutes in the microwave at full power
Although you can also do it in a saucepan over medium heat constantly moving it
Once outside it mixes
It is poured into the mold
And I'll let it temper for about 10 minutes on a rack
After time, I will grate the surface so that the next layer does not move
And we're going to see the ingredients we need to make it:
150 g milk chocolate
200 ml of cream for cooking or milk cream
200 ml of milk
And 1 envelope or 14 g curd
As before, the cream and the curd are mixed
Mix the rest of the ingredients
And I will heat them in the microwave for 5 minutes
Once outside they mix
And it is added to the container using a pastry tongue so as not to damage the previous layer
Once ready it is allowed to temper 10 minutes
And the surface is scratched again
Finally, let's see the ingredients we need for the third layer:
150 g white chocolate
200 ml of cream for cooking or milk cream
200 ml of milk
And 1 envelope or 14 g curd
The same steps are done as in the previous layers
And poured into the mold
Once ready I will let it temper on a rack
And then I'll let it cool in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours
Or overnight
Once outside it is unmold
And if you want you can decorate it with cereal and chocolate balls as I am doing
As you can see it has been left with a super delicious pint
Come on, it's very beautiful
And look that I have made it fast, because I will eat it faster

It is super delicious
